All counseling sessions are conducted exclusively online and are available to clients within the state of Texas. This approach allows for greater flexibility and accessibility, making it easier for clients to fit sessions into their busy schedules while ensuring privacy and comfort. I utilize secure and user-friendly platforms that are HIPPA compliant to facilitate our meetings, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality. If you have any questions about the virtual process, feel free to reach out!
-
Do you accept insurance?
While I operate on a private pay basis and do not accept insurance directly, I can provide a detailed statement for clients to submit to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement. Additionally, I offer a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), which outlines the expected costs of your counseling sessions before we begin our work together. The GFE ensures transparency regarding fees and helps you understand your financial commitment, allowing you to focus on your mental health without any surprises. If you have any questions about the process or what to expect, please feel free to reach out! Visit www.cms.gov/no surprises or phone The No Surprises Help Desk at 1-800-985-3059 for further inquiries or information regarding your right to Good Faith Estimate.

Can you diagnose ASD & ADHD
In specific states, licensed psychologists are generally authorized to evaluate and diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). However, my designation as an LPC-A in Texas permits me to assess and diagnose autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. To ensure an accurate diagnosis, I perform a semi-structured interview and gather information from a family member or significant other.
